Aims

1. Identify and validate critical pain points in Science and Academia to inform solution requirements.

2. Gather feedback on our proposed solution from users to inform features and roadmap.

3. Test solution prototype with users to iterate on features and roadmap.

Methods

A mixed protocol design, including 1:1 interviews and ongoing community surveys, with both Neuroscientists and also scientists from other fields.

Results

See subpages for in-depth findings from each user research protocol (OHMB complete, 1:1 interviews in progress, Community survey is continually ongoing).

Results targeting Aims 1-2 will be packaged into:

• Combined report
• Neuroscience personas (inc who, knowledge/expertise, pain points and needs, attitude to our solution)
• Current state journey map
• user requirements for our solution (for Neuroscience data)
• points for consideration for other fields of science (FAQs)

Results targeting Aim 3 will be available in Q1 2022.
